I believe in the power of therapy to help people heal and grow. As a therapist trained in EMDR and IFS-informed techniques, I'm equipped to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, OCD, and other challenges. Through our sessions, we'll work collaboratively to identify your goals and develop a personalized plan to help you achieve them.


EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is one of the most effective treatments for trauma and PTSD. During EMDR sessions, clients recall a traumatic experience while also engaging in bilateral stimulation such as eye movements or tapping. This process helps to reprocess the negative emotions associated with the trauma and allows you to move forward from the experience.
Anxiety and Phobias
EMDR is an excellent therapy for anxiety and phobias. We pinpoint specific memories related to the fear and reprocess them, which reduces the intense emotions attached to the memories.



Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems informed therapy is a technique that emphasizes getting to know and accept all the different parts of ourselves and acknowledge their wants and needs. All parts are welcome in therapy.
